Check in and Pick up

Check in/Drop off is in the evening and Check out/Pick up is in the Morning .You will be given times upon confirmation of booking and to facilitate the smooth running of our Cattery it is important that you adhere to these times – if your plans dictate you need to vary these times it may be necessary to book a longer stay

Food

If you have chosen to supply food for your cat, please ensure you provide an adequate amount, plus an extra day or two in case of any delay or unforeseen circumstances

Payment

Upon check in you will be provided with a fee note for your cats stay which has our Bank Details for transfer – this should be paid the same day

Health and Wellbeing

You must disclose any medical/ health/ mobility issues prior to your cats stay, as well as any dietary requirements/medications. We can assist even if the cat is elderly or medically compromised**

If your cat becomes unwell during its stay, you consent to it being taken for veterinary treatment – all efforts will be made to contact you to discuss prior to this happening and you agree to be liable for any veterinary costs incurred

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in date will incur the full boarding fees.

Any cancellations 72 hours – 7 days 50% of fees and more than 7 days there will be no charge.

Non Collection – If your cat(s) are not collected within 10 days of check out date and there has been no communication from the owner- we reserve the right to rehome the cat at our discretion.

** Acceptance of elderly or medically compromised cats.

We are happy to accept any cats that may require regular medication to be administered such as epilepsy meds, Insulin, pain meds etc – please make sure to fully disclose their requirements prior to their stay and ensure to provide  an adequate supply for their stay. We also welcome senior cats, nervous cats and cats with physical disabilities ( to be discussed in full prior to booking)- as the Cattery is small and indoors and it is a very quiet and calm environment and our boarders settle very quickly.
